cinnamon, poppy seeds (optional)

1. Let the pastry sheets defrost a bit but not too much otherwise it is not so easy to handle them.

2. Paint the sheet with butter, sift over the sugar, cinnamon or any other spice of seeds you like. Can be made also salty with cheese and sesame seeds.

3. Roll up or just cut into squares. Bake for 20 min till light brown.



P.S. When I am super lazy and want something tasty I make these crunchy cookies. Easy easy easy. So.. Just enjoy the crunch!
