60 g dried cherries
60 g raisins (half golden, half dark)
60 g roughly chopped pitted dates
40 g roughly chopped Brasil nuts
40 g roughly chopped almonds
125 g soft butter
150 g light brown sugar
2 eggs
150 g flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

90 g dried cherries
50 g roughly chopped Brasil nuts
50 g roughly chopped almonds
50 g dried grapefruit pieces
50 g hot apricot/peach jam

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C. Line the muffin pan with the muffin papers.

2. Mix together the dried fruit and nuts in a bowl. Mix together the flour, baking powder and cinnamon in another bowl.

3. Miz the butter and sugar in a third bowl till light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at the time. Mix well.

4. Add flour mix. Add fruit and nuts. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins.

5. Decorate with the dried fruit and nuts as you wish.

6. Bake for 20-25 min till golden brown. After removing from the pan, paint with the jam. Serve hot or room temperature.

P.S. Hey, hey… after a while I had a Cake Party again.. and it was great, thanks to all my friends for coming.. this was one of the special treat I made for my friends.. actually I had to do this recipe for a while and I could not push myself, too much ingredients.. BUT it was worth the wait.. these beauties are super tasty! Try!!
